Any word on if there is a plan for a 5" M&P? The slide is currently short enough to be a fine CCW weapon - I plan on putting mine on with my next renewal, but a 5" (+?) would make a neat little deal, even better if one could just pick up a complete slide assembly say with a .357 barrel? I'd get one.

S&W said yes to a 5" model way back when, but no news on it lately.
