There was another thread on this, I had a problem myself. Dan Burwell said to use a thin cloth/towell and some channel locks and loosen it up then just pull it out, start with a 1/4 turn at a time. Also you can place it on a flat surface, and put pressure, but not too much and rotate it counter clockwise, once you get it loosened up it comes right out, your fingers will be numb for a bit, but it works......lol I would try the channel locks first, this does work easily!!!
