There is a guy on GT that stated that the m&p's with mag dissconnect have a harder trigger pull than the one's without a dissconnect. Anyone have any true experience with this?

disagree. the spring for the mag disconnect and the sear are located in the same area, but don't affect each other.



I have a model with the connect, and took it out, trigger was the same.

well that's 2 for 2 against the theory, even Dan agreed with you Jester, so it must be true that all trigger weights are the same, with mag disco or without. Thanks

The mag disconnect on the M&Ps is NOT the same as those on BHPs. Removing the disconnect on BHPs absolutely improves the trigger.....M&P trigger remains the same.

yeah, all you ahve to do is look at it. The mag disconnect simply pushes the trigger bar to one side preventing it form engaging the sear. It's a fairly clever design

I have a 9mm with one, a 9mm without one and a 40 with one. can't tell the difference
