North Carolina: Right-to-Carry in restaurants proposed in House

From the NRA website:



It's illegal under North Carolina law to carry a gun into any place that serves alcohol. A bill pending in the state House would let people with concealed carry permits bring their guns. The restaurant owners still could prohibit weapons if they chose, and the concealed carry permit holders by law would have to abide by their wishes.

This is amazing, how most of the states in the nation are going forward with CCW, and NJ, IL are still under the "NOOOOO GUNS ARE EVIL" mentality.
