If I remember correctly, I had read an article the Walther P22 was helped along by S&W. If I remember correctly, that is.

To bad that isn't a P22. I guess since S&W imports Walther's, they warranty them? I heard that they do.

I saw the Walther and just barely enough of the frame and thought "P22". When I see Walther, that is what comes to mind (because i've been looking at buying one as a back up on the conceal front, and I have been thinking about that decision a lot).

I have one and I sometimes use it as a bug in a pocket holster. I'd rather have something better, but it is my plinker as well. I use 40 grain Velocitors.

Yea, it would be used as a filler for a lot of cheap ammo at one time while i'm at the gun range. I got a 525 rd brick of Remington hollow points for $12... so... could definetly use up a lot of ammo for next to nothing.

What is a 'great' price for a new or use P99? I have a P22 and love it. And I love 9mm as well, a P99 wouldnt hurt the collection.

Can you tell me any major the difference between the P99 & SW99? I have also seen MSW99, anything special there?? thanks

I like the looks, but the trigger is a bit strange for me. A LEO friend of mine carries one of these and he likes it alot.
