This camera could fly to the moon, I just wish I could take a good picture with it. Guess I need to hunt for that damn book again
Some quick tips.
First, don't use the flash, use ambient light or light it up with some strategically placed lamps. The on-camera flash is just in the wrong place to look good.
If you are using artifical light for the above, learn how to use custom white balance on your camera.
Second, especially with point and shoots, digital cameras can blow out reds. I know your backdrop is M&P related, but it makes your camera work too hard.
Third, try something other than taking a square on pic. Your firt pic would have been much more interesting from about a 30 degree angle looking towards the front end of the guns.
Of course doing that leads you to having to "dress the set"
But these are the price you pay to get good quality gun porn.
Which is kind of making me want to redo a pic I did with my baby eagle with my old half-assed point and shoot with my M&P and my DSLR.
hmm.
