Got my MP 40 the other day but haven't been able to shoot it yet because my local gunshop's supplier sent the 15 round mags instead of the 10 (here in NY state the 15s are illegal except for LE).
Anyway, I'm looking for a pancake style holster that has belt loops with snaps instead of belt slots. I would prefer leather if possible. I've been searching the net but haven't found quite what I'm looking for. Does anyone have any ideas?
Looks like you might be better off with a paddle style than the slots. I can't think of any OWB that have snaps. Some companys do make paddles in leather.
Thanks Jester! I've been looking some more and may consider the Bianchi Model 106 Minimalist w/snap. They have a size for "large autos" which includes the Glock 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 29, 30, 34, 35,& 36. Here is a link- do you think the MP would fit ok in this?
Thats a nice holster too! I was wondering how tight to the body this type of holster is and if there are any support problems, ie will the gun flop around much?
I have a High Noon Holsters "snapper" that I got for my XD45 that carries my M&P perfectly. The end of the slide sticks out just a hair, but nothing objectionable, and it's comfortable as all get out. I just adjusted the tension screw to fit the M&P and have no problems.
