Friend of mine just bought M&P9.



Its serial prefix is "V" (MPVxxxx). With gray follower.



I assume that its revised version right? because he said that it does not say "REV N" anywhere....

including inside of dust cover..

There is now a series of dots where the "REV" used to be...My 40 has three rows of five dots, or REV O.

Where are the dots on the gun?

I believe the latest guns have 9 dots on them.



They are located on the forward portion of the frame, under the slide...at the front.

MPXxxxx with 15 dots

Mine is an MPX4xxx and it has 15 dots. The questions is, what do the revisions mean?
