Just registered today. I'm # 400! I just picked up a M&P in .40 and will be using it for "duty use". I'm a reserve officer with my local PD. We just went away from Department mandated duty weapons to personal choice. Some have went to Berettas. One officer is carrying a 4006. I will be the "first" with the M&P.
The Iowa State Patrol just adopted the M&P so there is quite a bit of buzz around my choice. They transitioned out of 4046's. A number of troops have made positive comments. I can't wait to shoot the course.
