How much should I send to Dan Burwell for return shipping, in addition to the parts and labor?



(Haven't heard back from his shop e-mail and I would like to get this thing off to him soon.)

Bruce Gray did not bill me for work on my P226 until it was done, but I thought that was pretty unusual; most places want money up front.

I think for return shipping for a complete firearm it's like $40.



But as sholling mentioned Dan will include an invoice for any amount remaining that you still owe with the firearm when he sends it back. I always owe something since I continually add stuff once he gets the gun.

Dan invoiced me when he sent the pistol back. I was very surprised honestly, and I was kicking my own butt for not sending money with the gun. It is rare to find someone selling a service in this day and age that does not expect to get paid up front.

Trigger feels nice so far.......I hope to go shooting with it tomorrow! :twisted:
