I wanted to post these pics for everyone. The Comp Tac CTAC has otten a lot of good press here. Well, Comp Tac's Paddle Holster is very nice as well. Below are pics of that with a 15 degree cant (as opposed to the straight drop). This holster rides high and tight, especially for a paddle. It is a very comfortable and concealable holster. Fit and finish is simply outstanding. You may be able to see the way all edges have been uniformly rounded over in the pics. The holster has two tensioning adjusting screws, the mag pouch has one. The only thing I haven't yet figured out is the purpose of the velcro dots on holster. This holster is extremely fast... scary fast. I find my self checking to make sure the pistol is secure, but it always is. It's hard to believe the pistol will slick out the way it does yet still remain secure.

The inside of the holster is *very* precisely molded. Notice the amount of room in the sight track. That's a Big Dot sight which is tall and huge.

If I had it to do over again, I would probably go the straight drop route because that's what I'm used too. I got the FBI cant in an effort to maximize the concealability of the gun, but because it does ride so high and tight, I could probably get away with the straight drop.

Once you get the holster situated, it doesn't move. I near 'bout popped my shoulder out of joint the other day trying to slide it on my belt a bit.

This is a very nice piece of gear that I expect to get a lot of mileage out of. It is my official all-weather, go-to rig. Oh yeah, the folks at Comp-Tac were very pleasent to deal with too.

Mag pouches tend to be overlooked as gear that is not very glamorous. True. But they are essential. These from Comp Tac ride very high and tight and are built like the proverbial brick poophouse.
They are tension adjustable and show the same attention to fit and finish as the holster.

I have Comp-tac's CTACs and FBI Paddles for all my carry guns. I'm normally a IWB kind of guy but when I feel like going OWB the FBI Paddle serves me very well. I bear witness to everything Bloodnut said here about how great these products are. FWIW, I think the "velcro dots" are their resourceful solution to making sure the paddle sticks and does not slide around by adding a little resistance.

Don't some gun belts have velcro on the inside? If so this holster would stick to those like glue
. Bloodnut, your holster looks very nice. Your pictures are HUGE though
