Just to prove a point I once I completely disassembled the gun using only the gun parts. I used the tool from the grip and used the slide as a hammer against those roll pins.
You can completely tear the gun down and reassemble with nothing parts from the gun, pretty cool. 8)
As for what size a punch to use the 1/16 is too small and the 1/8 I have is too large. I found a piece a drill rod that is 0.116 in put a slight bevel on the ends and polished it up works very well for me. I wanted something a little small so I wouldn't bugger up someonelse's frame.

ps the pins do ahve a direction the like to go in, just try each end by hand and you'll find one end starts in easier. :wink:
