I just called mon. and got someone on the phone. I call weekly to see about my free range bag.....lol There still on backorder at least another 3 weeks....grrrr free takes forever....lol



All I can suggest is keep trying.

Perseverance is a must. I had it happen the other week and then when it did ring i keep getting a voice mail message. My guess would be that they are updating the computer operated phone system or something like that.

I tried calling Smith at both their toll-free and regular numbers from about 7AM Pacific time and got a busy signal every time untl about 4:45PM Pacific time. At that time, I stayed on hold in the que until 5:00 at which time they closed for the day.
