For range ammo I have never been able to beat Wal-Marts price on WWB. For defense I use Federal Hydra-Shoks and I have never seen a deal on them; they are high no matter where you buy.
Sales on ammo
Check out Dick's Sporting Goods if you have one in your area. Sunday's sale advertises following pistol ammo on sale:
1) Remington UMC 9mm FMJ 115 grain $5.98/ box 50 - 10 box case price.
2) Remington UMC .45 ACP FMJ or .40 S&W copper plated $9.98/box 50- 10 box case price.
Thought these were pretty competitive prices. Anyone know of any better prices on ammo for target practice? :?
