Went and saw the Transormers movie yesterday and I thought it was awesome. Good visual effects and plenty of action. Couple good looking females in there too. Read one news article about it and it talked about it being the most expensive GM commercial ever, which is probably true but I have a feeling it'll pay dividends for them. Anyone else see it?

I saw it opening day and loved it! The only thing I had against it was that they couldn't make up their minds as to whether it was a serious action flick or a Men in Black style comedy. I think they should have left out the John Turturo character as he really didn't fit in with the rest of the flow of the movie. Other than that it was awesome. I loved how fluid the transformers are, like when Bumble Bee goes from car to robot in a rolling somersault to catch the two when they fall from the bridge.



I'm hoping to see it again!

Yeah we saw it Tuesday and really enjoyed it. Brought back some fond old memories of my childhood hehe. I was very pleased the original voice of Optimus was still around to do the voice. CGI and effects were simply amazing. The robots themselves and the transformations were incredible. Fun movie.

that could go both ways seeing as 1000's of bullets would fly past the screen and nobody got shot hmmm.... But I would still go and see Cobra get plastered all over the big screen... GOJOE

I read that they will be doing a Thundercats movie, but it is supposed to be all CGI from what I understand - so it may be a kids type of movie.

they did a gi joe movie in the 80s. it was a cartoon though. How about a Voltron movie. that would be too sweet
