Sent my M&P15 back for service after just one week. Sent it Tuesday of last week. Yes it got stuck in the snow storm and sat on the freeway for two extra days! Oh well. Smith and Wesson received it Monday. I called Tuesday to get an estimate on time and was told the tech was not around right now, leave him a message and he will contact you. Thursday no message so I called and was told the tech is not around, leave him a message. Anybody else dealt with service?
