More information will allow for better answers. Too much info is far better than not enough.

Adjust the front sight. I believe the owners manual tells you to move only the front sights. It will be really tight. I am told a little heat helps. I moved the front sight on one of my 2.0 Shields, broke a sight pusher doing it but I got it to move. It was set off to the right from the factory. Remember that if it is shooting left move the sight to the left when adjusting the front sights. It is opposite of moving the rear sights.

It's probably just the way you are holding your mouth when you pull the trigger. ;)

If the rear sight is visibly off-center, you can center it and see if that helps, but as already mentioned, the Shield Owner's Manual recommends only adjusting the Front sight.
