Hello all, my name is Bill Keith and I live in Kingwood, TX. I'm 54 years old and am happily married. I have been around firearms most of my life and was introduced to shooting via the Civilian Marksmanship Program and the Boy Scouts as a lad.

I'm sitting on the fence as I haven't decided to get a new Military and Police semiauto. I suppose you can tell my sentiment by my screen name.

'Never say never' though, lets see what S&W can do in the way of a 45ACP in their new M&P line...

Its hard to beat the reliability of a wheel gun, as I use a colt anaconda for hunting..

Hard to convert when you know what you love.

Well if you plan on getting a fantastic plastic, then you should really test fire a new M&P. I know a few people that decided to get the M&P when they rented and shot it at the range.

N. Texan to S. Texan

Welcome fellow Texan. Nice to see some of you younger folks taking a interest in guns.

Since my conversion to the plastics I've only bought one wheel gun, a CCW, S & W 642. I also own a 686PP 6" 357, that I love to shoot.
