You always read how they are comparing the XD pistols to Glock, but how does the M&P compare to the XD line of pistols in the following areas:
1. Durability/quality of finish that will last down the road?
2. Accuracy?
3. Availabilty of parts if something breaks?
4. Amount of stoppages between the two pistols?
Since I don't own a M&P yet, I can't compare the two, but the XD-45 that I do have fires great and I have never had a stoppage yet that wasn't due to improper operator head-spacing. Any input on this subject would be appreciated. Right now I'm leaning more towards the 9mm M&P since I already have the Glock 23 in 40 S&W.
Take Care and God Bless!
