For defensive rounds, 155 Grain 1200 fps , 165 Grain 1150fps, or 180 Grain 1025 fps?

what would you choose and why? :?:

I use 165gr Gold Dot's in my Glock 23 and M&P 40. Basically, I chose 165gr because I shot it the best out of the three.

From FBI testing, avg of 5 rounds through heavy cloth:



155 GD 18.1 inches/.57 caliber

165 GD 15.8/.60

180 17.5/.60



124/9 GD 17.5/.51

124/9 +P GD 20.25/.53

147/9 GD 14.7/.55



125/357SIG GD 19/.54



185/45 GD 14.75/.68

200/45 +P GD 18.8/.55

230/45 GD 18.9/.59, 14.3/.70 (different lot)
