I am having some problems myself. I don't want to spend a lot of money but I want a good tactical light. I don't really know what a good one would be. I have heard the TLR-1 is pretty good, but that's all I've heard.

They have a well earned reputation for poor to non existent customer service, I had read some posts on AR15.com about them, some good, some very bad, so I decided to take a chance and order a case of ammo from them, called them and they said it was in stock, placed the order, and then waited about 60 days to get what they said I should have in a week, customer service was non existent, the time I called and they said it was in stock was the only time they answered the phone, and they didn't answer emails or messages left on their voice mail system.



When they finally shipped the case of ammo they double shipped it, as much trouble as it took to get it, I decided to keep it since it would be more trouble than it was worth to return it.
