What are the sights? How do you like them?

Advantage Tactical sights. Interesting concept, especially as I hit 50 this year. For me, not quite as precise, but very fast to acquire. My eyesight changed dramatically over the last 12 months. This configuration is much easier to pick up than standard post and notch sight.
