I read through the linked forums posts. Sounds like the guy had a squib/half-charge. The only reloads I use are those I do myself. Remanufactured is okay for tv's or blenders in my book, but not ammunition. Glad to see he's okay. Shame about the rifle.

Unless you know the person I would not use their ammo. I have a good friend who loaned me a rifle to hunt my first season and he reloads and only uses his loads in his guns. It worked perfectly and I got a nice sized doe. I trust him and his ammo but would not buy any one elses unless I knew them well.
