Yeah it looks like the guy was in a bad wreck. But the police on TV said the law is very clear about someone defending themselves in their home...even in Connecticut. Looks like the "home invader" will make it he's in serious condition.

I've never even been in a close call situation before, let alone having to draw down on someone. I feel I would identify my target first in any situation that will lead me to pulling the trigger. I would hope if I had actually identified my target first an incident like this would not happen. I can think that all day long but I will never truly know how I will react until something actually happens, if ever. This situation is so bizarre it would be almost impossible for me to say how it would have gone had it been me.
