Federal American is my usual go to for 9mm, I carry 124gr HST and the 124gr American hits to the same POA/POI in my dot equiped pistols. For most other calibers its a mix but I tend to stick with Federal, Speer, and Magtech. I've been really impressed with Norma's .38 spl target ammo too.

For target practice, I've used a lotta stuff over the years - but currently I usually only buy:

Blazer Brass 9mm
WWB 9mm
Blazer Aluminum 9mm.

I only buy red box Federal 9mm FMJ when that is all I can get. Years ago, when WalMart sold it, I had issues with multiple Berettas having issues. It was maddening... Once jam every 400-500 rounds, across multiple guns... It was discussed a lot on the Beretta Forum, and others had the same issues. Finally someone measured the brass, and many cases were out of spec.

Once I quit shooting that stuff, I never had another issue again.

If I'm buying ammo for the CZ's it's the Federal 115 grain FMJ. Shoots as good as my 115 grain hollow point reloads.

If it's for the M&Ps it's the Winchester 124 grain FMJ NATO ammo. Makes the M&P's look good.

If it's for the FNS .40's it's the Winchester 180 grain FMJ.
