He removed my rear sight when he did the trigger job, so he knows what size Allen wrench to use.
In fact he was telling me how quickly he wears out the ends of the Allen wrench trying to get that screw loose.
He did my trigger job and installed a F/O front sight on my new M&P 9mm a bit over a week ago after Hollidaysburg IDPA match. It was interesting watching the great work he does.
I was using an allen wrench of unknown size that was working great and it just stopped working. Be sure you're using a new wrench that still has some bite. The cheap set I bought at walmart was only like 88 cents.
it is a 1/16 in they do make a "high torque" allen wrench that seems to be working a little better than the standard ones. Like Rita said I had been wearing the littl ebuggers out at a very quick pace and these new ones seem to be holding up much better.
