I get asked that a lot from folks who are not used to seeing anything other than your standard range bag, during practices, matches and such. They usually get a kick out of it when I unzip it open......

The bag itself is a prototype called the MOB (Modular Operator's Bag). I've been using it for some time now and it fits my need. It splits down the middle (as shown) and it comes with a center divider but I rarely use it. Both the divider and the inside walls of the MOB is lined with PALS webbing to mount any MOLLE compatible accessories. In this case, I have the following:



1) A triple pistol mag pouch

2) A double M4 mag shingle

3) A vertical utility pouch - this holds my holster, kydex mag pouches, gloves & my SwatTacs

4) A modular M&P holster



There are 3 outside cargo pockets of which two hold a Leatherman, 2 x Surefires, PDA, mobile fone, universal charger, ear plugs, checkbook and thumb drive. The 3rd pouch is a dedicated compact medical kit. On the opposite side there's a flat zippered pocket that holds a notebook (not a laptop), map, a magazine or book, etc.



Inside the bag I usually stuff it with 2 eyes (in this case a Rudy Project & a Zeal Optic Maestro), a KitMat and almost always a sealed zip lock bag holding a spare change of clothes.



The base of the bag is wide enough to accommodate 3 plastic reloaded ammo boxes (when I need 'em for a match).



That's about the gist of it. This bag sits by my side and is the first thing I grab on the way out.
