I want something brighter than TLR 6. I like what i read about TLR7a and TLR Sub. Will either or those fit my rail? Also, what about the O light Min2? Thoughts? Thanks

Wow..these are both great finds. I didn't realize the new M&P Plus didn't have ready rails for lights. I should have checked closer. Great find on both the Recover rail and the Ryflens light! I'm staying away from laser feature since I'm adding Holosun...too much is not good for me.

Nope, the TRL6 makes one special for shield and shield plus that mounts on the trigger guard. I also want brighter light but I don't want red dot, so I figured a laser as secondary sighting assist maybe helpful.

My iron sight Shield has a light/laser combo on it, along with the iron sights. I felt like a laser might be a helpful add on to the iron sights pistol.

My Shield Plus has a Holoson on it along with iron sights and a TLR6. Didn't figure I needed a laser with the Holoson on it. The laser puts a green dot on the target. The Holoson makes it look like there's a green dot on the target. Only takes one green dot on the target.

How solid is the adapter? I've been considering buying one to mount my Mantis X trainer.

No issues so far. I don't expect any. It clamps to the frame in the same way the TLR6 does.

Messed up ad for the Recover Tactical Picatinny Rail.

The picture of the rail at the top is different than all the pictures down in the text/description of the piece. After that top bit all the pictures shown in the ad are for the HiLight Reover SHR9.

Bot appear to attach the same way (thin plastic lips that clamp over the top of the frame sides pinched together by two screws. The SHR9 does appear to also clamp around the trigger guard.

Looking at the first picture for the Recover Tactical Picatinny Rail I wonder if it would stick out in front of the frame and slide on 3.1" barreled Shield.

TLR-6 all the way, have both on my Shields 2.0 and 1.0 Solid light at only 100 lumens, but I also run RDS's on both of them, Riton X3 MPRD 2, 3 moa, shake awake, 2032 battery 50k lifespan

What rail did you buy to use for TLR-6? I have same gun and RDS....thanks.

There is no need to buy rail for TRL-6.
They make specific model to fit on shield and shield plus directly using trigger guard mount.
