I think the contractor is just adding more BS lawsuits to the judicial system. I wish people who bring frivilous lawsuits against someone and ends up losing should have to pay the legal fees of the people they sue. Maybe that would make people think hard about suing someone over something so ridiculous.

The person who owns the house owns everything within that house, even lost cash hidden away. The only possible other claimant could be a descendant of Peter Dunne, whose name was on the box.



The homeowner offered him 10%, he should have taken it and been happy, all he's going to get now is a lot of lawyer bills, and a lot of people who won't like him.
