Just got a full sized M&P, but finding holsters not that easy...will a glock 21 holster work for the SW M&P ? If not, what is compatible?

I know the Blackhawk SERPA for the 21 fits the M&P. Jester sells them right here in the M&P store, too!

but sorry, I'm not a fan of the Serpa holster. Had one for my Glock and the paddle attachment was very flimsey!

If you want to modify an existing Holster, the Uncle Mikes G21 works with minro Modifications for the Slice Top and Mag Catch.



I had one and I gave it away at another forum.



Now I have a Blade Tech with the Stigray Belt System.

If I can interject, all my Glock 21 holsters work with the M&P EXCEPT 1, my Fobus.



THe Fobus tends to grab the trigger guard area and twice when using it (2 different people), it has resulted in a ND (since there are no accidents in reality)



So make sure to try it before usnig it. I learned the hard way, just because my serpa and others work, does not mean they all do.

My M&P9 will fit in my Kramer belt scabbard. It's a lillte tight, but I'm sure the leather will stretch a little.

Desantis has a number of holsters for the M&P.

I've got the .40 and it fit well in the holsters I use for my G23. That would be a Galco Deep Cover and Milt Sparks Watch Six (IWB's) and well as the deSantis Nemesis for the coat pocket.

I have a Black Leather Galco that on the back states Glock 17. It will also fit my M&P with no problems.

The size 15 in the Uncle Mikes is too tight. But if you get the number 5, , it will fit fine but it will be a tad longer than the barrel (about 1/2"). I got the #5 (brand new in package, never used) if anybody wants to buy mine. I am just anal when it comes to fit with my holsters. Like it to be just perfect. :roll:

Anyone know if a Safariland level II G21 holster....

will work for the M&P? I'm also concerned about finding a mag pouch? Will a Glock mag pouch work for the M&P mags? I'm searching for a leather open ended style. There sure is not much out for it yet?

Hey Gang, just got a Glock factory belt slide (their plastic one) for the G20/21. The full size M&P 40 will work in it. FYI

The paddle has been upgraded. If you call they will send you a new style free of charge.
