Purchased the 9mm EZ for my lady back in October. Recently started failing to feed after the first shot. Opened the slide and a piece of metal fell out. Removed the slide and noticed the firing pin block or housing was broken in half. Returned to S&W and 2 weeks later received it back saying it was repaired. Bull crap. Nothing was repaired. They said it was fired and everything worked fine. Has anyone else had trouble with warranty work. This is my first and last S&W semi auto handgun.

I agree; that totally unacceptable!
I’ve never had anything but great service from S&W, but the last time was several years ago.
