The email may get a slow response, but every time I've called Customer Service, I've received all the information I ever needed. There are a number of factors contributing to them not having an actual serial number site set up. One is the difference in how they tracked their firearms. For many years they tracked the dates the firearms were shipped, not the date of manufacture. There was also a fire that destroyed a bunch of their records and attempts to recover those were not an easy task. Add to that the company has changed hands several times and recently moved their primary operations to Tennessee. A phone call will get you the information you need, especially on the newer guns, and if your purchase was previously owned and missing a manual or some accessories like the bore brush or cleaning rod, they'll send you those items generally free grata.
